ShieldShot, operated by Saints Touch Photography, collects information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, billing information, and any images you upload. When you upload a photo, we generate a perceptual hash (a mathematical fingerprint) of your image for monitoring purposes. Original image files may be stored temporarily and are removed from our scanning infrastructure after processing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our photo monitoring services
• Scan the web for unauthorized uses of your images
• Send you alerts when potential infringement is detected
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Communicate with you about your account and our services

3. Image Data

We store perceptual hashes of your uploaded images, not the original high-resolution files, for the purpose of ongoing monitoring. Watermarked copies of your images may be stored for download. You may delete your images at any time from your dashboard, which will also delete the associated hash and any monitoring data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, Google for image recognition), subject to confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Image hashes and alert data are retained until you delete them or close your account. After account closure, we may retain anonymized usage data for analytics purposes.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights
